View Full Version : Bluescreen after starting BiB

07-03-2009, 03:05 PM
a friend just bought BiB and want to run it on his laptop. He installed it normally. As soon as he starts the game via shortcut at the desktop the screen turns black and after 1 sec he gets this bluescreen: http://img3.abload.de/img/dsc04414tfsl.jpg
If he starts with the CD the same thing happens.

After 2-3 seconds the bluescreen disappears and his laptop restarts. This is his DxDiag: http://www.dl.x2-media.net/DxDiag.txt Would be great if you could help to solve this problem http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Blood - For security reasons, I cannot click on that link. Post your info as per the instructions please.

Cav - Blue screen is a hardware error - according to your info, this is being caused by your video card or the driver running the video card. Try to reseat your video card and do a clean install of the latest drivers from the ATI website.
