Hi mrpardal! Have you opened a Support ticket? If so how long has it been? It can take up to 3 business days for first reply, so if it has been longer than that please private message me your ticket number and I will try to get a status check on it for you,

Three business days with Ubisoft does not include any day ending with a y.

I ordered a game over 2 weeks ago and still no sign of it. Last heard from them on Monday where they started the correspondence with,
