One small request from a very satisfied fan

Would be nice if my rear gunner would let me know what's going on behind: In my IL2 i only know if there is a bandit in my 6 when my gunner opens up fire or the bandit starts filling me with holes.
Would be nice to get a word from the gunner on what he can see. Would save having to switch all the time from one to another.

wasn't too sure where to post this so apologies if in wrong thread

Agrred. The gunner is only too keen to shout 'Oh No' or 'Target destroyed' or something, but never utters a word when you are about to get blown to smithereens.

Ladies & gentlemen, this is the captain speaking. Thankyou for choosing to fly Mandarin Airlines. Those passengers sitting on the left-hand side of the aeroplane please make yourselves comfortable. Those sitting on the right... please look to your left!

I could swear that they do indeed tell you "break!", perhaps even 'left' or 'right' as well. But it has been a while since I've flown one of the Il-2s with the rear gunner in them. The early models are just so damn tasty ;>
