Ubisoft support is pretty bad and very slow, been trying to get "support" for a week and only had one response and then nothing. You would think a company of this size would have a better system in place to help the people who pay their wages.

I ordered a game over 2 weeks ago (March 15th) and still no sign of it. Last heard from them on Monday 25th where they started the correspondence with,

At this point I too require a full refund for the Gold Edition of Division 2
