Basically title. I don’t see how to unlock it and it says “In Game Progress” under sticker. I have A+ all the university stuff too.

It's one of the University of Trials contracts. I can't remember which one exactly though. If you've already got A+ on everything, all of the contracts will be a breeze for ya anyway.
