I redeemed it from the Ubi Club app but it didn't show up in my stash inbox like the other items did

and not only that, for some reason my original SHD patch disappeared too...

I'm feeling a lot of FOMO because I saw other players with their R6 Siege patches - What is it, to do other Tom Clancy game players get special treatment while us other guys get completely screwed here?!?!?

That last part was a joke. Thanks for looking into it. Loving TD2 so far otherwise :)

Having the same problem and Ubisoft Support is no help hahaha. Even before the game came out they've been not that great. I usually don't have a problem with them responding but now several tweets an a email later still nothing.

Its been reported in a previous thread and they are aware of the issue. Hopefully they'll get it sorted out soon.

Hey guys, sorry to hear that! I recommend clearing the cache on your Xbox by unplugging it for two minutes. If that doesn't work, and you haven't yet, make sure to create a ticket (http://ubi.li/dzqpu). If you've done this, please leave your ticket number below. Thanks!
