Isn't it possible to get kill markings on the aircraft? All the aces painted their kills on the planes.
I think these should be included on all the aircraft in the campaign.
It would be nice to see that the famous ace you are dogfighting with actually shows it.

There is some program I thinl it's called "PaintKills" or something like that which allows you to create kill markings on your favourite skin in the game easily. http://acompletewasteofspace.com/forum/images/smiles/banana.gif

You can also download some kill markings that are done as nose art on il2skins. You just pick the noseart for number of kills.

"Paint Victories"

It is a nice program, but it doesn't allow you to update the kill marks. What it does it allow you to paste kill marks on, and once they are on, they are there for good.

Essentially, it is a tool for Paint. I tend to just find the skin file I want, copy it, open the copy with Paint, and put on the kill marks

Janes WWII fighter (1998) had kill markings that updated as you got kills...or got killed

allies got lil black crosses on fuselage, axis fighters got lil ribbons on tail

Was only a small thing, but still very nice...something the newer, more "advanced" IL2 always lacked...that, along with decent sounds, and good chat interface....and scoring system...and mission builder

OK so I'm not the only one who thinks it should be added http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif
Change of subject:
I have just bought PF and have reinstalled both FB and AEP. Do I have to patch those to #2.04 or is it all included when you install PF and it is #3.00?
