View Full Version : [Steam bug] Game does not show up in my profile

Neither my full list of Steam games ( https://steamcommunity.com/id/curryhax/games/?tab=all ) nor my profile's "Last Played" ( https://steamcommunity.com/id/curryhax/ ) have Trials Rising in them.

I bought the game on Steam and it's nowhere to be found in my profile right now. It shows up as "In Library" when I search the store.

What is going on here, Ubi? I would very much like to see the games I buy show up on my account.

Would you be able to open a support ticket (https://support.ubi.com/en-GB/Cases/New) with us?
Please provide a screenshot of your Steam proof of purchase (https://support.ubi.com/en-GB/faqs/26586/Accessing-the-Steam-proof-of-purchase/) in your ticket,and we'll investigate this for you!

Having the exact same issue. My first thought was that it might be conflicting with the open beta, (which does show up in my games list and was on my recent activity on my profile).

Same issue. Also, there are no reviews showing up on the Steam store page.

I have done exactly that now. Will keep you all posted.

Edit: I got a reply and the support agent said that it was fixed now. And yes, I can confirm:
