Clothes not always correct

I play a lot with a friend.

Clothes not always correct, sometimes i see other clothes.
I think always the first round on multiplayer i see the wrong clothes en the next rounds from that game the clothes are good.

Is this a bug?

I think it is. In multiplayer everytime 1st round is always the same default skin. Round 2 a few of those same players now have custom skins and poses, by round 3 usually i see custom skins of everyone but like 1 guy still on default skin. Kinda defeats purpose of all this decorating and purchasing of crates if you can't see each others skins, hopefully something looked into.
