I have not received my Gold Edition items yet, only the pre-order items

are they not released yet? because I could swear I've seen ghosts wear the samurai helmet

is there special procedure to unlock them?

Same issue for me on Uplay (PC). I have also seen players online with those items.

Didn't even realize, but same problem for me (Uplay-PC), I got the Jungle RIder Pack (Gorilla) and the Wild West RIder Pack, but i DO NOT HAVE:

- Stuntman Rider Pack
- Samurai Item Pack

I'm in no hurry, but it would be nice to have them as I should.

I can't find any of these. I downloaded all of them to my PS4 and it says I have them all installed, can't find them on my avatar creator.

Yea I bought it on Uplay directly and the pre-order items appeared without any neccesary action on my part.

Clearly there is a bug in the system where people who bought the gold edition havent received their gold items yet

Didn't recieve any GOLD content either. I guess thats the thanks you get for buying the game before release, AND for paying extra. Things like this happens in almost every Ubisoft game I have. Time to stop paying for Ubisoft games again. You make sweet games, but you have not understood customer relationship at all in all these years.

I sent a support ticket for the issue. Is proof of purchase really necessary since you should be able to see it on my account?

So I turned the game back on today and I received the notifications for the gold items, I do not see them in my rider gear though.

Same here, only the Gold Edition items are missing (Samurai/Stuntman Rider)

The DLC is shown as Owned in my account.

I bought it directly via Uplay.

The ticket system is a joke. They want proof of my in-game items to verify that I did not receive them. That's just stupid.

Same here! i think the Ubisoft Support Team is busy...
I want to received my items including the Trials Turbo Bike and the Open Beta Helmet and I was already participated and played the Open Beta from a week ago. :(

Agreed Manujito. They want proof from me too. Even if I told them my UPLAY client shows GOLD edition but I missing stuff ingame. I did get the samurai helmet (no uniform?) and the stuntman clothes today.
Anyone know what extra tracks are in the gold pack?
