[PC] Level 4 unlock unavailable

Good day

I've played the game previously and started the beta on level 5. When I got up to level 7 (I think) I unlocked the reward but level 4 was still locked.
It's not a game breaking bug as I guess it only applied to my specific circumstances but would still like to try out all bikes for a comprehensive experience.

Hey Tisagh,

This is not intended behavior if you played beforehand your old data carried over.

If you delete the cloud save on your PC you should be able to proceed with no issues.
