Uplay and Steam version doesnt use the same PROGRESS

Idk its Technical or Bug ?

But i recognized that Steam and Uplay Version doesnt use the same settings and game progress.
Only the Player Level is the same, rest of it start from the cratch.

STEAM API allows FULL integration and usage of cloud saves, so tell me why not ?
