I just visited Lvov (Ukraine) and during sighseeing of cementary with Lwów Eaglets

I found some interested places. I heard and read about it but never expected their monuments here

The monument looks as if it is under restauration at the moment.

Someone cleaned it with a sandblaster. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif

some info on graves / monuments are/were "deleted" by local Authorities - I have heard both Presidents of USA and France had to accept opening of "foreign" monuments - moreover Opening Ceremony few years ago was postponed because some agreed info on graves were changed (during nights) locally without any consultation !

the most famous successor to the original Ko?ciuszko Squadron would be the World War II No. 303 "Ko?ciuszko" Polish Fighter Squadron
