Hello Agents,

Players who pre-order Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 will get access to the Private Beta of the game, which will be available (https://support.ubi.com/Faqs/000036550) from February 7th 2019 at 10am CET to February 11th 2019 at 10am CET.

You can also register for a chance to play in the Private Beta on the official The Division 2 website (http://www.thedivisiongame.com/beta). Invites to registered players will be sent based on the available space.

The Private Beta is available on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.

There are two ways to access the Private Beta, depending on whether you pre-ordered a physical or digital version of the game.

If you pre-ordered a digital version
You don’t need to do anything. Simply keep an eye out for the Beta download to become available (https://support.ubi.com/faqs/000036550) on your platform and start playing when the Private Beta kicks off!

If you pre-ordered a digital version on PC through any other online store than the Ubisoft Store (http://store.ubi.com/uk/home), please make sure your PC key has been activated (https://support.ubi.com/faqs/000025121/How-to-redeem-my-keys#uplay). Your Private Beta key will be provided by the store you pre-ordered from.

If you pre-ordered a physical version
By the time the beta starts, you will have received a code from your retailer. This might be delivered to you closer to the start of the beta and may either be printed on your receipt, a leaflet or be sent to you via email. If you are unsure if you received the code or how it should be delivered to you, please check with your retailer, they should be able to help.

The code you received needs to be redeemed on this website (http://www.thedivisiongame.com/redeem). If you need help with this process, please take a look at the information we put together in a separate article (https://support.ubi.com/faqs/000027245/).

You can download the Private Beta once it becomes available (http://support.ubi.com/faqs/000036550) on your platform and start playing when the Private Beta kicks off!
