Greetings Dancers!

How are those #NewYearNewMe fitness goals going? We have the perfect event to help you in your journey to fulfilling all of your 2019 resolutions. From January 24- January 30, join us in the Back in Shape event! We will be adding a whole new boss family to challenge you along with a new “Break a Sweat” playlist. You’ll be able to enjoy a full week of Happy Hour starting at 12PM Eastern US Time daily, and we will be holding a specially themed tournament on Friday, January 25th at 1PM Eastern US Time.

Back in Shape event details:

· A new boss family
· A new playlist “Break a Sweat”
· A tournament to test your competitive side on Friday, January 25th at 1PM Eastern US Time
· A week of Happy Hour starting every day at 12PM Eastern US Time.

I think so that Keto Diet is Good for a health and my friend has started it, she was also suggesting me to do that.
