View Full Version : I think my iPhone is connecting on another region?

I just updated my Just Dance Now app on my iPhone to 2.6.1 and after that I cannot seem to access the server. It says unable to connect to server and that I should retry, check my internet connection or contact Ubisoft support.
I tried reinstalling the app but my whole progress was gone, luckily I just started and didn't have a high level yet. Although there are no more errors saying "unable to connect" to server, whenever I try connecting my iPhone JDN app to my browser (PC), it keep saying I'm connected and that another person is the room master but my PC says there are no Dancers on the room.

Situation 1
- iPhone: it connects on the room but there are other room masters in it
- but browsers says that there are no dancers in the room
- maybe it was connected on another region?

Situation 2
- iPhone: it connects and says in the room master
- but browser doesn’t connect, says there are no dancers and doesn't detect my song selections

I also tried using my Samsung phone to connect with my browser and there were no issues. I guess there's an issue with the app itself with the latest update. Please fix this.

That is strange... please try restarting your phone and PC, as well as make sure you have a stable internet connection... If the problem persists, please submit a ticket with Ubisoft Support (https://support.ubi.com/en-US) and they'll help you find a solution to the problem.
