Hey guys, I just saw an article at g4tv.com saying that the Metroid Prime series didn't end with Corruption (the third one), And they go on to say that Retro(developers) might possibly bring another Prime title to the DS.

I don't know about you, but if 2 Metroid games release in 2010, I could die happy, knowing whose ship it was at the end of the unlockable ending of Metroid Prime 3. It has been 2 years since Corruption was released and Miyamoto being as secretive as he is, it is possible(emphasis on POSSIBLE) we'll see a new Metroid Prime title soon. DLC or MP maybe????!!!! Man I'm happy once again!!!!

What do you guys think?

Retro did say that they weren't completely done with metroid. I could see them coming out with another great metroid game for the lauch of Nintendo's next console. I wouldn't think that Other M and another console metroid would come out in the same year, though. Especially since Galaxy 2, Other M, and possibly Zelda and Pikmin 3 are coming out in 2010.

I though I heard Miyamoto put the kaybosh on Zelda until 2011. I saw it on an interview online somewhere

I am pretty sure that he said that a 2010 release was still on the table, but it wasn't certain or official. I think it depends on the economy and how the development process progresses.

The game is without a doubt going to be epic. The recent Zelda, the one w/ the stupid train looks ******ed. cmon Nintendo, lets update the twilight princess to make it even better

We'll have to see how Spirit Tracks turns out, but I always have liked Zelda's based on Ocarina of Time more than Windwaker. Any Zelda will find its way into my systems, though.

I just read a new article on 1UP and they said that Retro is always considering more Metroid Prime games and that they hinted at a game for the DS or DSi. Either way, it looks like we will have multiple new Metroids in the coming year.
