Hey Icarvs7, make sure that your Switch has a stable internet connection and is connecting to the correct Uplay account. If you're still experiencing the issue, head over to Ubisoft Support (https://support.ubi.com/en-US) and they'll do their best to help you find a solution for the problem.

Im facing the same problem and I thought it will be fixed by subscriping but nothing changed and couldnt acitvate the subscription

Hey @zayoona2011 ,

Like my colleague suggested earlier, make sure your Switch has a stable connection and is connected to the right Uplay account. If you're still experiencing issues, send a report over to Ubisoft Support (https://support.ubi.com/en-US/Cases/New) and they'll help you find a solution.

just bought the game today (1-13-2019) and i wanted to try the unlimited free trial didnt work so i also tried subscribing before i saw these threads and nothing is this game busted or what? i need a quick fix i would like to play with the unlimited songs too!!

Hey Arleneex3, if you are unable to access Just Dance Unlimited, make sure that you have a stable internet connection and are properly connecting to Nintendo and Uplay. If the problem persists, please submit a ticket with Ubisoft Support (https://support.ubi.com/en-US) and they'll do their best to help you find a solution.

I can't really believe that this is happening without any sort of support solving the issues. This issue just popped up for me the last few weeks and it's kind of a buzz kill from your services and development abilities. I submitted an email support request an no one replied despite this being a long standing known issue. I'm just really frustrated with how this is being dealt with

I bought the game for my sons birthday and we were unable to sign in to get the songs he wants, it tells us to go to the nintedo store but when i go there there is nothing, please help

Hey MrChavez88, welcome to the forums! Please make sure your Uplay and Nintendo profiles are properly linked when you sign on. If the problem persists, please head over to Ubisoft Support (https://support.ubi.com/en-US/Cases/New) and they'll do what they can to help you find a solution!

I can't connect my ubisoft account to my switch to unlock unlimited on just dance 2019, i have a free month trial. I originally tried creating an account on my switch but it says "cannot connect to ubisoft right now" (my WiFi is working perfectly, I've been playing the game online with the standard game songs), so I created an account on a computer and then tried to log in to my ubisoft account on my switch after verifying my email, a message appeared saying "an error has occurred" so I kept trying which did not work. I tried to log into my ubisoft account on my computer again and now I have been locked out of my account. I tried to contact ubisoft support by opening a support case but the chat just never loads.
