I think OOS should be a temporal state that should not be affected by extra elements. With this I mean that it should be a fixed time, like for example 5 seconds regardless if we get a new hit or if we throw an attack. Just by going OOS is already enough penalty, its long should not be extended and after the fixed time we should return to normal.

With full stamina? Or just out of OOS? the fight may drag on forever though.
Turtling during OOS is not an extremely difficult task. One or two back dodges, a good parry or a lucky guardbreak is enough to consume 5s OOS u suggest. Then he’s back relatively fine. With better filled revenge bar. It encourage turtling too much,i think.

No. I agree that stamina damage moves shouldn't have a big effect on OOS. but everything else is fine.
