I’m not able to login to my Ubi account

Here's the error. I have removed my info for the screenshot, but the error is visiable. Appears after minutes of the connecting "circle" spinning.

Mind just randomly worked. Only thing I did was switch from a 5g wifi to a 2.4g but that was last night almost 24 hours ago.

If you guys are still unable to connect, can you let us know where you're located? Just the country or state.

I was wired when trying, sometime yesterday very early I was using the game handheld(wirelessly) and connected. Haven't noticed issues since(wired or wireless) . Seems fixed; for me anyway.

Hey, I'm sorry for the delay.

Can you please confirm if this issue is still affecting you? It was thought to be resolved a long time ago so I'm thinking you perhaps tried to log in during a server maintenance / degradation.
