What's the deal?
A lot of people are trying to host their multiplayer sessions at ubi.com. Only a few people can run their server. Other people who are trying to host can't get any players in because they get a connection timeout.

I've discussed this in the lobby already: we've all tried to disable every security we have, from firewalls to port/ip forwarding. Nothing works. We also use our external ip to host... nothing works.

Any suggestions? Please... because most servers are ****.

fluup,

With my current router set-up I was never able to properly configure my ports to be able to host at Ubi so I gave up.

I fly in Hyperlobby for to reasons:

1. This is where you'll find experienced pilots who fly some very good complex missions. And I'll use this thread to plug my favorite war:

"Rising Sun" Online War (http://www.242sqn.com/OurSkiesForums/)

2. Hyperlobby is easy to use; more so than Ubi.

Good Luck!

Yeah I know hyperlobby is good, but it doesn't support PF standalone http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_frown.gif

How can ubi suck so hard and can hyperlobby do such a great job??
