Hi community

This is probably no news but I wanted to share it anyways. Got an email yesterday to an email adress which was not registered to my uplay account mentioning that my account had suspicious activity. There was a login from Thailand. Today I got a second scam email.
The mail looks very professional. It it did not come to this email adress, I may have fallen for it. See screenshot from the email attached.


After this event, even though Iīm 100% sure my account was not compromised, I activated the 2 step verification! :)

This is a legitimate e-mail sent from Ubisoft Support. I can't see which e-mail it was sent to but your account has suspicious activity.

You did well in adding the 2-step verification, please ensure to keep the account secure with this from now on :)

Itīs not possible for 2 reasons.
- The email adress this mail was sent to, was never registered with ubisoft (as far as I can remember).
- Between the first email received yesterday evening and this morning, I added the 2 step verification and changed the PW (I use random generated PWs between 15 to 35 digits). So if the account was really compromised yesterday, there can be no way that today it happened again.

Also, the country where the activity shows, was different from the first to the second mail. First one from Brazil, second one from Thailand.

What worries me is that you claim this is a legitimate email from Ubisoft. To the best of my knowledge, this canīt be. I will private message you my email if you would like to double check.
