View Full Version : Game still not arrived and no tracking number given, no help from customer support

I pre-ordered the game last Thursday and although the game shows up in the "My Orders" section and the payment was taken from my bank, I never received an order confirmation email. Since then I received no tracking information email and I attempted to contact Customer Support on Sunday to ask for support but I still have heard nothing back from them. So now it's the day after the game was supposed to arrive but I still don't have the game or any way of finding out where it is. Seriously regretting ordering from Ubisoft Store at this point.

I checked into your delivery, and it seems that your delivery came on October 2 but required someone to be there to receive the package. It has been moved to a UPS access point for pickup.
