I attempted to purchase the digital gold edition with my CC and it came up with an error that said "this page doesn't exist so heres something else that doesn't exist only in our games" and Im looking at my CC account and it says the 99.99 charge is pending. Has this happened to anyone else?

The purchase did not go through successfully. If you see a purchase on an account it is a temporary hold that did not come to Ubisoft but is instead a bank matter. It will be returned within a few business days.

My bank said the payment went through succesfully on their end so this whole situation is confusing. There is no restriction on my card and the funds were available and I used all my right information so I dont understand why the charge wouldnt have been accepted by Ubisoft.....

The order made on October 3, 2018 did not go through successfully on our end. We have not received any funds from you. If you made the purchase on a browser please try clearing your browser cache/cookies and using a different browser. Logging out and back into the Store website is also a good idea.

If you are using Uplay please uninstall (https://support.ubi.com/en-gb/Faqs/000018825/Uninstalling-Uplay-PC) the program and install (https://support.ubi.com/en-gb/Faqs/000018825/Uninstalling-Uplay-PC) the latest version.
