Dear UBI LUCIPUS please intervene on my behalf.

It seems I've upset someones precious feelings at the UK support office by requesting what I was supposed to be awarded,
along with other issues relating to DLC purchases I am not satisfied with.
I don't think they want to help me at all. Problem is I follow up my support tickets with a phone call.
I generally speak to the same 2 or 3 guys there when on the phone, James, Luke, & Joshua.
They think they know me and my life circumstances and judge me accordingly.
Just because I have spent a ridiculous amount of money on this game doesn't mean I can afford it.
They will not allow me to speak with a manager and say basically the same thing every time "I don't think this issue warrants the need of a manager"
Shutting me down like this is not okay, my issue is with my lack of customer satisfaction, fraudulent advertising, defective DLC, and or being mislead or ripped off"
If that's not enough to speak with a manager I don't know what is.
I have never been personally rude to any of these gentlemen, and I would like my issues resolved.
