I'm trying to cancel my digital standard edition pre order on pc so I can purchase the gold edition, I sent a ticket on Saturday and have spent 48 minutes and followed by a 26 minute call during my work day in a phone support queue at work until I had to give up and actually work, followed by 38 minutes currently again after getting home.

Is it easier if I just drive down and knock on the door?

Well as I can't get into live chat, and early access is tomorrow it looks like it won't be sorted in time to take advantage. Guess no gold edition for me.
