I want to write an essay about the truth and I would like to include the text from codex page 9, but it would seem rather strange if I would referenece Altair (no offence to him). So does anyone can tell me who was the true author behind these texts? Was it Oliver Bowden, the author of Assassin's Creed: Renaissance?

Corey May was the lead scriptwriter for AC2 (and AC1, I think) but I think the Codex was a collaborated effort.

Although if it is truly the machination of just one person I'd like to meet them.

generally, for something like that you're better off just citing the whole AC2 writing team.
