Been playing For Honor since the end of season 5 and sadly i missed the test your metal event that gave that awesome exclusive Apollyon theme'd weapon's (i was so close!) i chose warden as my hero and i love the weapons the hero has now but i feel like they are missing more of that elite Appeal that makes you really want to wield them in battle, I love the more Evilish/demonic look the developer's are giving warden's armaments and id really like to see more black/gold black/red color scheme's for the hero's sword and here are a few that really captivate the eye and id personally love to see in game, just imagine landing a ccs with these bad boy's so cool! what i like most about these are the unique hilt design and they look like only elite vanguard would have something so deadly an exclusive Please give wardens these swords Anthony Makhlouf with a little obsidian black in there and alittle more demonic.

Id love to see the forhonor team take these swords and word their magic on them, what are some you guy's like to see!

These are disgusting, no offense. Warden didn't get a good looking sword for a long time now. Even the basic ones are not that good, which is shame considering that there is so much we know today about longsword design from the past.

Someone at Ubi has a fixation on gold and greed and unusable guards. I hope for a day we get some more realistic, gritty looking weapons and armor.

Some of the guards do look pretty realistic but I quite like some of the more intricate designs. Sure they look more ornamental than practical but there are quite a few practical looking blades, guards and hilts for Warden if that's your preference.

The first two i thought looked like something the deve's might actually do because they have that demon hellish look to em, the other two are a more benevolent approach because he does have some heavenly type weapon design's as well. But i notice that there really isnt too many people posting about hero weapon designs they like or want to see and the post is just ment to get people putting cool ideas out there,I agree NHLGoldenKnight the warden hasnt gotten a sword i liked since the camulus design

*Longsword

To put this to bed, allow me to provide an education on the names of weapons.

Dagger = a knife used in combat.
Shortsword = a sword that is as long or shorter than the distance from the tip of one's middle finger to their elbow. The notched qinquedea from Venice seems to blur the line between dagger and shortsword.
Arming Sword = a one-handed sword that is as long or longer than half-again the length of one's forearm. Viking arming swords, like the Warlord's, are a good example.
Longsword = a sword that is most effectively used with the use of both hands, usually with a longer grip, and such that the weapon comes up to one's armpit when stood straight up. Warden's blade is an example. So is a Nagamaki. Also the katana, but people don't really think of the katana as a two-handed weapon, even though it clearly is.
Greatsword = a sword that is so large that the way one uses it has to be radically different than they way one uses most swords- it becomes used more similarly to a pole-arm or spear than a sword. Usually as tall or taller than the user when stood up straight. The Highlander's Claymore are good examples. Granted, he still wields his weapon the way one would wield a normal sword, but in real life, the claymore would have had a very specific purpose and very specialized use on the battlefield.

Those were just the macro-groups. The minutiae are extensive.

Push-dagger = a knife, usually inept for cutting, and with a perpendicular handle, allowing for the user to stab the opponent by "punching" them.
Falchion = single-edged, curved arming sword- usually with a large handle-guard. Kriegmessers, langemessers, and messers essentially count as Falchions, but don't have guards. So does a Dao. It really just depends on what word you want to use for it- they're all functionally the same thing.
Falx = single-edged, inversely curved longsword- derived from farming sickles.
Rapier = double-edged arming sword with a basket hilt- usually very thin.
Sidesword = double-edged arming sword with a basket hilt- exceptionally thin, and used as a "sidearm" for when your flintlock pistol runs out of ammo or jams.
Broadsword = a double-edged arming sword with a basket hilt- named because its edges a parallel to each other, and because it is much wider than other swords with basket hilts. The Scottish broadsword is an example.
Estoc = a... "non-edged" arming sword with a basket hilt- so thin that it is essentially useless for cutting, and is used to slide into the smallest gaps of plate armor. Very fragile.
Gladius = double-edged arming sword with no guard- shoddy at cutting and meant to be used in conjunction with a shield.
Katana = single-edged, curved longsword with circular guard and curved handle.
Nodachi = single-edged, curved longsword- essentially the same as a Katana, but mostly used to combat cavalry.
Nagamaki = single-edged, curved longsword- essentially a katana, but the handle makes up for half (or, at least, 40%) of the weapon's entire length.
Gauntlet sword = double-edged arming sword with a perpendicular handle, and usually forearm protection, doubling as a gauntlet for the user- meant to be an extension of the fist, like many push-daggers. A bit like the scissor used by Roman Gladiators.

I really wanted to see warden get something like centurion got for the inferno event or highlander's i think everyone wants more ceremonial models with more depth to them the inferno hilt and guard i did not like at all only the blade was good
