Hahahahahahahaha no. He has gotten nerfed pretty much since season 2 with no buffs. Hes the least played hero. Hes the lowest tier in every game mode.

You should actually learn to play the game before making posts like these.

actually, Shugo is pretty weak at the moment. He can only get a guaranteed hug on you if you are guardbroken and thrown against a wall. He takes a lot of damage while his hyperarmor is down, which makes his healthpool more like an Assassins (why?)

He really needs to have that extra damage while his hyperarmor is down and possibly change his hyperarmor to only apply while he is attacking instead of having it passive. He also needs some sort of opener since the general tactic for him to deal damage is to light and bap, do a bunch of feinting and hopefully hit with a half charged heavy, or grab opponents to throw into walls. It's not a lot to work with and feels like it takes forever to dish out damage if the opponent turtles
