I 've purchased JD unlimited 12 months pass (JD 2018) on sony store for ps4 on 25/8 , but until now it did not word and the game cannot play unlimited songs.
pls help. my user id is giangsan9988, Order Number: 94887699293.
when i check service list on my PS, i 've seen a subscription of unlimited JD, 2016 . i dont understand.

my god, it doesnt help an inch. i play JD for a year and unlock full content already. but JD unlimited is the thing i have to PAY MONEY to buy to play. though i 've purchased 12months for $25 , and it still cannot playable.

I am unable to see the status of your JDU, support can help with this. Please submit a case to our support using that link and the support team will look into it further for you. It might be worth getting in touch with Sony to check that your purchase went through okay.
