Hi Space Junkies Support,

i was a bit late for the beta, but still wanted to try Space Junkies today on the last day of the beta.
Sadly i get the following error message when trying to activate the key in STEAM:


If there will be another beta i would be happy to attend if i could get a working key :)
I cannot use one of the invite codes as your portal recognizes me as someone who already received a code.

I defnitely didn't use the code on another Steam account, and my Steam account has no Space Junkies Beta activated.

Hello Andreas, I do apologise that no response was provided until now.

While I do appreciate that the Beta for Space Junkies is long since over, I did want to clarify - the message you received from Steam appears to imply that the key you were provided with had already been given to, or used by, another Steam user.

Should you have an issue with a key in future, I'd recommend contacting our Player Support team directly via a support case (https://support.ubi.com/en-GB/Cases/New) on our website. Here on the forums, we cannot address account-based or key-based issues such as this as easily, and as account ownership verification may need to be performed, it is best to contact us privately.
