When I open the game the screen seems to be zoomed and I can not see about 3cm of screen either side. I have tried looking at settings but nothing helps with screen sizing.

Hey Spuddo,

Can you make sure your screen border settings on the PS4 console are set up correctly: http://manuals.playstation.net/document/gb/ps4/settings/areasettings.html

Let me know if this does not help :)

Hi RedEtoGear

Do you know the resolution your TV is using?

Does your set have any modes that might be increasing the size of the image, such as Zoom or scaling?

Thank you

its 1920x1080 47" game thinks its 50" and it has Auto 16:9 4:3 zoom1/2 aspect ratio, which is set to auto or 16:9 all the time even in 4:3 the sides are cropped, which makes no sense

Hi guys!

This FAQ (https://support.ubi.com/en-us/faqs/000035804) should help with cropped screens. If it does not, please make a ticket (http://www.support.ubi.com) with the model of your screen and what your current display settings are. Thanks!

I have this problem also but my HDTV is older & has No 1:1/Full option nor does the PS4 display area settings work.
Just put in a display area sizing option that works under PS4 setting, instead of insulting me by reading from a PS4 owner manual.

I got the same issue. I have a newer tv and it does the same . You need to look into it maybe it's an common issue cross platforms. It seems you guys don't take it seriously even after some reports been discovered in the game

if you have Samsung TV .. Try settings and display then Adjustment Screen and adjusted from 16:9 to " Fit " .. it will make your screen a little bit smaller but at least better than nothing and only for the crew 2 .. this is issue from the game as there's no other game or application on PS4 have this .. so adjusted it from TV settings and you're good to go .. I did that and it worked for the crew 2 ..

Thank you! This was the solution to a problem that shouldn't have existed in the first place.

Hope we get some solution other then go buy a new TV. I have a 2011 Sony Bravia on Full - 16:9 w No option for 1:1 or Full Pixels.
Final Fantasy 15 had this issue also till they put a screen sizing option that took advantage of the ps4's display area setting.

I wish y’all people Ubisoft would stop trying to make it look like it’s not your fault. I have the same problem with it and since you wan to say go to PS4 settings just for fun I shrunk the screen to smallest size and it doesn’t help
