I Apologize in advance if this is the wrong place however I have not gotten any indication that anyone is even looking at my case.

I've contacted Ubisoft support via twitter. They advised me that they would have someone look into my case and still nothing.

No post no information no follow up no movement at all.

I am looking for someone to point me in the right direction or at someone who will see this and look into my cases.
