Any chance of getting a Female Warlord and what about ''Remove Helm'' option?

As the title says , is there any chance that we get a Female Warlord and will there be ''ever'' an option to remove your character's Helmet (keep the stats ofc).

I would be happy if i get an actual answer from Ubisoft and please no speculations from anyone else.
