View Full Version : Did the JTF collapse?

One of my favourite things in the first game was seeing all the abandoned NYPD/U.S. Military checkpoints. I loved hearing the audiotapes of the failed efforts to quarantine the virus and even though the NPC ai sucked it still felt awesome to get the DLC JTF/National Guard set and join them in the fight to maintain order.

The National Guard/JTF audiotapes

I even run a Military Horror themed YouTube and I posted the clips from the first game like the Dark Zone trailer https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ox3spRI9ZME

The Division 2 looks alot more apocalyptic then the first game. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NomhYp29bHo

Did the JTF collapse?

What if it wasn't so much a collapse as it was the JTF's mission changed? Or they could be working under different leadership like the JTF who defected to LMB?

What I want to know is what is Aaron Keener up to?

I bet he is in dc running that whole operation, barricaded in the White House. I hope there will be a raid mission with Keener in it

JTF received Order 66...

They probably changed mission, you can save cities all day long, but if you can't feed them it's going to be a ghost town fairly soon after. No matter how pretty the lights on time square are.

But yes, it will be interesting to see how they adress that.

Think they are called something else other than JTF in TD2? I seem to remember one of the E3 videos implying as much and that they had pretty much collapsed whatever agency it was.
