I don't know what you mean, but these maps will be jpeg images that you may download. There is no way for me to substitute my map for the one you see in the game. To use the maps I am making, you must print them out and use them as paper maps

I saw the maps folder in the 1946 dvd. When I opened it, only about half could be viewed. Any idea what they are for?

the fsf files?

those should contain data for the maps you fly on

no, its a zip file of all the maps. When I unzip them, some are bitmaps and some are TGAs

both those files types are artwork

What program opens the TGAs? The TGAs seem to be the newer maps

Photoshop will open them, and you can convert to other formats. I have only got OLD version 5? does the job though.
