Hello, I've ordered a downloading HoMM VII, but after appearing in library, downloading and installing, still not work. When I push the Play button, doesn't work. Is there anything to do to enjoy my game, or shall I ask for a refund and give a damn to Ubisoft? Thanx for your help

When I touch the PLAY button, it appears the screen and below :"installing Microsoft framework",and then after few minutes appears a black screen that say unable to playgame

Hi Pithos2012, please try verifying your files;

For Uplay;

1. In the Uplay client, click on Games
2. Click on the game you wish to verify the files for. Click on the Properties and choose Verify files.
3. Uplay will then begin the process of checking your files.

For Steam;

I just wanted to enjoy my game! 12 euros stolen by a so-call serious company. Normally, this game should have no problems, that is the reason that I bought from Ubisoft! I did't expect bugs, problems or something like this! But all is the same: thiefs!
