Hi, I dont know where to get the help since Ubisoft dont have the best support.

I played for 1-2h after release and now someone else have gotten hold of my account and is using it. They have played for 4h now and gotten much further ingame.

There seems to be some issue with the account as a whole since i also bought RS6 today and ubistore took my money but didnt give me the game or a receipt.

Anyone have some tips? Last time i used Ubisoft store..

I need help asap..

I have reached out.

On the phone for 1h

On email for 19h. got a vague response but no answer

On facebook but no response other than "here is our support"

Forum but only your response saying "go to support"

Last Ubisoft game i buy for sure since it seems you sold the key to 2 people or something.. I ****ed his saved game now so he is probs mad too.
