Hi, Ubi Support.
I bought Siege Advanced Edition but haven`t received confirmation email or any update on my account history. Bank account was charged for this.
I created a ticket yesterday - Case #06051711.
Any updates on it?

I send couple of message on the ticket, but no responce at all. Is this normal?
