I would just like to ask if any of those experiencing problems have tried either the DNA 3.6.5.1 drivers or the DNA 3.7.5.2 beta's... I personally have not had any of the problems that some are reporting... oh wait, I did around the 4.11's, a reinstall of FB/PF and patch did the trick....

Now I am not saying that your grievances arent justified, but it pisses me off to see so many "ATI are sh!te" posts... yes their current drivers may have issues... and yes their tech support may not be up to scratch

But come on...how many of you have actually bothered to try a different driver install to see if that solves the issue ? I'm not saying it will, but it strikes me that some people havent bothered to exhaust all possibilities before opening their big gobs and whining http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.gif

I went back to 4.10 .problem solved. But if i am going to stump up over 300 for a XT800XTPE (as i planned)i want to know that i can install a driver and it will, you know, just work http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/blink.gif.Unfortunately this game must be well down the food chain as far as issues are concerned.I posted in an earlier post that if things didnt get better then i would go 6800,but i REALLY would like an XT800,so i guess i can wait awhile before i buy and hopefully things will be sorted (and cheaper http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif)
