So the turtle tactic has been replaced by just dodging everything. But unlike blocking and parrying, this takes significantly less skill. The game still suffers from overly defensive playstyles. Being reactive is simply so much more potent than being active. How about some actual hit detection? I can push someone into a corner and watch my blade clipping through them as their dodge in one spot. Also you would think a horizontal strike would be specifically designed to hit someone as they move sideways but not in this game. Can we all just agree that dodging needs a nerf?
