My favourite one is CRJ700 Bombardier.

I love those two engines at the tail, and that elevator on top! Wing also look so sexy, and super hot at the front!

Having worked on them and flown round the world in em for about 6 years I gotta go with Ploughman http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gifhttp://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gifhttp://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gifhttp://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif Had the pleasure that not many will have seen of the VC10 display team that was on 101 Sqdn for a year, infact just for the Brize show, seeing 4 Tens in formation doing a fighter break lol almost shook the fillings out of my teeth........ one of the tens party tricks at airshows was to come in fast and low, pull all the throttles back as you hit the display line so she shot past with a quiet sssssssssshhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh then slam em all through the gates until she came on song and literally deafen all for miles around as she climbed and ohh could she climb http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

We used to do Royal Flights and VIP's with them, the overhead baggage racks could be stowed up flush with the ceiling for freight work, We did a VIP for Maggie Thatcher and one of the 1/2 tennis ball shaped blanks that covered the locks on the roof when they were down was split.... It was literally found as it was about to depart so I said no probs to our Engineering Officer I will stick it up with some tape http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif It fell off on landing and hit Maggie on the head http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/34.gif http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/25.gif

ON one VIP who I shall not say who, if you had an engine problem you could gag the engine ( lock it to stop it turning) as they were way over powered it was decided to do this and transit back on 3 eng's, on the way back they had to shut down another, so they went out on a VC10 flew back on a Trident and landed in a BAC 1-11 http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

I'll have to go along with "el mono del cielo" on this one. The Boeing 727 is simply gorgeous. Don't see them around much anymore, most have been put out to pasture or scrapped. Fed-Ex still flies a few and sometimes I see one of them fly into Boise Air Terminal. I think it comes once a week. My ex-wife was on a B-727 that lost one engine on approach to Caracas ( Venezuela ) International.
She was scared to death but with two more engines there was nothing to fear at all.

They might look nice, but I HATE flying 727s. It seems like I always get stuck with one of the window seats with the engine intake in my ear. Not the way I want to spend an hour or two.

Of all the planes I see at work, the A330 is the sexiest. Just lounging around the tarmac looking sleek as anything. The 767's nearby look like the chubby cousin.
