I'm having the same problem on 360 with the latest patch.

The Exclusive Content menu option is missing.

I preordered the game from BestBuy, but they never gave me the code. Finally, I called support and got a code, but now I can't enter it anywhere.

Maybe because you get every single DLC for AC:Brotherhood if you buy the new DLC,whichch make promo codes useless now.
