View Full Version : So...aliens

Or to be more specific, alien animals. Considering that animal hybrids seem to be taking the place of any intelligent alien life in this universe (other than DomZ), the first question one has to ask then is if there are any alien Animals wandering the planets that we will be exploring?
I would vote yes. Please. And a lot of them. In the original game there was good amount of various species, as you can see here- http://beyondgoodandevil.wikia.com/wiki/Species

But the majority of them closely resemble species on earth. With us being in system 3 i'm hopeful to see more alieny(?) animals, such as...

...Just some examples as to what i mean by more alien.

A question that may be asked by the community if alien animals get put into the game is why hasn't anyone (at least tried) to make a hybrid version of one of them. A simple solution i can think of would be to put in some dialogue somewhere or another that their DNA is not close enough to humans to make proper hybrids, or something along those lines.

I am very hopeful there will be some form of life wandering planets outside of cities and temples. i would hate for any of the planets to feel empty and lifeless outside of zones inhabited by humans and hybrids and i'm sure the majority of fans of BGE2 feel the same way

* If i've misunderstood anything about aliens or hybrids in this universe please feel free to correct me ;)

Cool aliens.
Yeah a simple reason for no hybrids is that any complex DNA needs to be decrypted.

Nice stuff! Yeah, probably hybrid technology is on early stages so that's why vast majority of hybrids are mammals and none alien.

Hmm what abaout a own nature on the planets? it will be give the game a life with sassy monkeys or cute hybrids like in this post :D
This suggestions are realy good and i think some of them can be loved from the players.
From the Demo we just saw the engine and nothing was realy alive.
so if i can i will vote to explore with a lot of alien species <3

A good ecosystem can make the game world alive

We need to make this world seem real. The Ubisoft I know will do just that, but just to clarify, Aliens and a myriad of species is a wonderful idea that will make the old school BG&E players feel like they are playing a world truly different from their own. Anyways, like I was saying before in another post, In the old game, Jade ( th main character) could photograph aliens and gat money for it. I think this type of action packed bounty hunting would be awesome. Throw on some rare aliens and make them super hard to find and we are set. Oh and maybe we could just keep feeding the game new ones while people play them so it never gets old. This has so mych potential people. Let your imaginations reign free and the game will turn out marvelously.

Aliens indigeneous to certain planets could be a great addition as well. Like on a desert planet, there can be hybrid camels that stand at 60ft tall or something like that and little sand dwellers that dig extensive burrows in the ground. I could go on and on. And on a water planet, there could be an unlimited amout of marine life. Oh God, Im gettin' Excited again!!!

Whats about procreation and babies?
Ubisoft isnt ever a U18 game developer XD

Its a scene from theyre own game Watch Dogs2 :D
i think they will do this in BGE2 too but it will be interesting if it will create a babie or it will be just good looking for zoophiles?
if i can create babies if i put some 2 pets in a room, then it generates money for selling them.
what is with knoxie? if he goes in the forrest and find some chimps, will he rape them?

What is with personality?
some creatures are very sassy and try to steal you wallet ;)
others are dangerous and will kill you, if you tame big ones you can use it to fight?
These different aliencreaters how do they attack?
need they food?
are they parted in (Pets, Predator and vegan)?

What is if some aliens communicate with music like whales or dolphins?
Or something like that in avatar?
