View Full Version : [Uplay_Shop] Order History is empty

Follow the line time:

On Jan 31(the 3rd day, Monday), I login my account and want to tracking my orders. After click the "track my package" button, website jump to Canada post page and ask me to type in tracking number. I go back to ubisoft dashboard to looking tracking number and found nothing only order number, Invoice number and TVA number(what the hell is it?).

On Feb 1st(the 4th day, Wednesday), I write a request for tracking number to customer support and I also try "track my package" button one more time. It still sucks.

On Feb 3st(the 6th day, Saturday), I check my email and ubisoft didn't reply. So I wrote the second request for tracking number in the morning. Weird happen, I login uplay and my order history are gone. My dashboard are so clear just like I'm a new user.

The worst thing is Ubisoft charge money ready.....

[/SIZE]SO UBISOFT~ I need a good explanation for it.

Hey Hilson_Au, your order is showing on our side, and they will respond with the tracking number as soon as they can.

Itís been 2 days i didnít get my tracking number. I purchase this item as a birthday present for my friend on Feb 8th. I need it in hurry.
