Hello Just Dancers!

Monday January 22nd from 05h00 to 13h00 UTC , there will be a scheduled maintenance on Ubisoft servers. As a result, Just Dance 2017 (along with other JD titles such as 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2018) will be offline during this time. This means that features such as the World Dance Floor will be unavailable. Please note that this won’t affect offline game modes such as the classic Just Dance party mode.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

-Your Just Dance Team

Edit: Our planned maintenance is complete, however we are still bringing some games and services back online. Thanks for your continued patience as we improve our online infrastructure.

Hello Just Dancers!

After Monday’s big server update, a few features on Xbox 360 and PS3 are still affected and may be instable. Affected features include the Community Remix, uploading Autodances, and playing songs from certain categories such as Just Sweat.

We’re working on a solution, and apologize for the inconvenience.

Cheers,

-Your Just Dance Community Team

Update: The issue has now been solved. If you're still facing these problems, please feel free to contact our support just here: support.ubi.com/

Hi JD 2017 is still not working. Tried doing all the connecting disconnecting and turning off my router waiting 30 seconds, switch back on. Tried disconnection and re connecting my WII U to the internet.Done all the things JD and ubisoft have suggested.

No internet problems to report. i can play online games, wii u you tube, connect through google on it!, I can also connect to world dance floor on Jd2015, But when i tried connecting to JD2017 world dance floor, it says ubisoft server issues, please try again later. Hope you can help because its been down 5 days now and ive just purchased a new subscription for 3 more months a week ago.
