So I tried logging in to my Ubisoft account only to realise that it's still registered with an email that isn't used anymore due to it being hacked and I was never able to recover it. However I can log into my Ubisoft account using my Xbox live account that's linked to my Ubisoft account.

I logged in on the Ubisoft website using my linked Xbox live account and went to my account settings and tried to change my old unused email to my current one, however it asks me to check my (old) email to confirm a change of email, as you can see this isn't going to work for me as I am unable to access my old email address.

So I'm wondering if there's a different way of assigning a new email on my Ubisoft account without access to my old email account.

Otherwise I'll have to just use my linked Xbox live account which isn't an issue, it just means that I am unable to access my Ubisoft account without first going through my linked Xbox live account.

Anyone know if I can change my email any other way?

I'm fine thank you, and I appreciate the help, I did already send a message to Ubisoft support, though I have just sent another as I believe they probably would have sent a reply to my old email which I cannot access.

I'll also look into contacting via Facebook and Twitter, thanks again for the help.
