21 ships sunk for 160K (why not round it up? http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif) is good! Roughly 7.5K per ship!!

How many single torpedo sinkings did you get?

Nice work.

I notice there are no Liberty Cargo ships on the kill lost. Of all the merchant ships, they are the only ones I can never kill with one torp....

...Until the other day, after encountering 4 Liberties in one patrol, I finally took one down with a single torp - 4m depth, impact, 0° gyroangle. It was long range at night so I couldn't see exactly where I hit it. Somewhere level with front of the bridge I think. The explosion immediately started a chain reaction throughout the ship, then it broke in half and sank in seconds.

Several hours later, I hit another Liberty in a similar area of the hull - its engines stopped, it listed 30° and stuck there forever until I finished it with the deck gun.

The Liberty has a sweet-spot, but I still can't tell exactly where it is. Anyone got a tip for me?

I believe it is in front of the bridge by well.. how would you measure it.. enough to stick 1/3 to 1/2 of a cargo container in between the bridge and the spot http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif As for 4 meter impact, that's what i use. It works lots of times, but not always (maybe due to my manual targeting)
