Does anyone know the exact time frame to receive a response for a case you make. I made one on the 18th of December and have still not received any response. It is about a game purchase that said failed but still took the money. Thanks for any help and sorry if I posted this on the wrong section.

Ok, also do you think they will answer the case soon since it has almost been a month? Sorry in advance for asking as I'm stressed since the amount still says pending in my account.
