View Full Version : If I bough physical JD 2018 first and then digital one later

Hi, I have bought physical JD 2018 one month ago, and I would like to replace the physical one via digital one. In this circumstance, how does the free JDU work?

I mean, I already have 3 month free JDU cos the physical one and there are two more month left. Wut will happen to my free JDU period if I buy a new digital JD 2018?

JDU is always linked to your account, physical or digital it is fine! ;)

However, my real question is, since I bought two JD2018s, why cannot I have 3+3 months JDU trial? @@

Actually, I log in the new digital JD2018 with my wife's account (but in the same Switch console), and it showed that the JDU period follows my main account and there are only two months left.

I think it is a liitle bit unfair since I bought two JD2018s @@

That is an interesting point. I would recommend contacting Customer Support (https://support.ubi.com/en-US/Cases/New) in regards to this situation.
